I probably write this a lot, but: I wish those who of us who are obsessive/passionate/critics of WWE and other wrestling would be more interested in whether the stories are compelling, the matches are well-crafted, or the performances are affecting and ignore all the drawing-money, go-home-show, quarter-ratings, this-won’t-sell buys pap. Let the salesmen worry about what will sell.

(Note: I’m not saying everyone should ignore the business end of wrestling all together. If you are interested in it, great! There are lessons to be learned from it, too. But maybe consider for a second that there’s more to wrestling than making money.)
